Michael A. Sanna

Mike is a graduate of C.C.N.Y. School of Architecture where he recieved his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1980. Throughout college he worked for a Manhattan architectural firm and after graduation, for 20 years for a Staten Island architectural / engineering firm where he was responsible for all phases of residential, commercial and industrial design, preparation of construction documents, specfications and contract administration. Mike is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey since 1984 and 1986 respectively. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects participating currently on the Executive Committee.

 

In 1999 he started his own company with his partner and long time friend and co-worker, Joe Loccisano. Collectively, they have completed many successful projects including the Heart and Lung Center at Staten Island University Hospital, a learning center for autistic children, several restaurants throughout the boroughs, private medical facilities, warehouses, industrial buildings, custom residential homes, multifamily developments, as well as a variety of residential and commercial alterations.

 

 

Joseph Loccisano

Joe is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1987. Upon graduation, he spent the next 14 years working for several respected New York City firms accruing a wealth of knowledge in all phases of residential, commercial and industrial design. Joe is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey as well as being an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Building Industry Association of New York where he contributes his time and insight of Code and Zoning to the Technical Affairs Committee and Department of Buildings Committee for these organizations.
